Robot
SCARA Robot
The direction of a new industrial revolution is towards smart factories and smart manufacturing. Industrial robots built to work in hazardous situations are one of the new developing technologies that may help achieve flexible production, use less personnel, and accelerate development in order to satisfy client expectations for the future smart industry.
Industrial robots can be programmed to do tasks like screw driving, dispensing, soldering, palletizing, assembling, and pick and place autonomously. Robots are able to optimise production and increase efficiency for smart manufacturing because of their flexibility and agility. To meet industrial demands and accomplish “Automation for a Changing World,” RD Automation is constantly creating new types of robots for a variety of applications.
Articulated Robot
Industrial robots are used to undertake very risky operations, increase flexible manufacturing, save human costs, and shorten development times in this era of
intelligent production lines and factory automation. Two model versions of our new six-axis articulated robots are available to accommodate various application requirements. It is your ideal ally when it comes to smart manufacturing.
Robotic Controller With Servo Drive Integrated
The ASDA-MS Series significantly improves real-time system calculation performance by integrating a robot controller with four servo axes to execute mathematical calculations, smooth track planning, and loop control in one unit. This design successfully implements dynamic compensation to achieve high-speed and high accuracy while completely meeting the requirements of an industrial robot’s complicated non-linear system. The five different types of programming languages and PLCopen motion function block supported by the IEC61131-3 standard are likewise supported by the ASDA-MS Series. It provides Robot Languages (DRL) for creating robot application programmes so that users may create specialised features and programmes for use in a variety of industries.
Using a self-developed, high-speed DMCNET communication network, the ASDA-MS Series may be expanded from 4 to 6 axes of servo motion control for I/O expansion, making it ideal for small-scale motion systems with great flexibility and dependability. To provide a full industrial robot solution, the ASDA-MS Series connects peripheral devices (such as machine vision systems, sensors, and central computers) using a variety of communication interfaces and couples extension axes using high-speed motion BUS like MODBUS and MODBUS TCP.
